Refund Policy

Short version: Vosuba AI is a digital software product. Because your download link is issued immediately upon purchase, we do not generally offer refunds. However, if you are entitled to a refund under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, we will honour it — just email us within 14 days.

1. No-Refund Policy (General Rule)

All purchases of Vosuba AI licence keys are final and non-refundable once the licence key and download link have been issued. This applies to all paid tiers: Creator, Pro, and Enterprise.

We strongly encourage you to download and test the Free tier before purchasing to verify that Vosuba AI meets your requirements.

2. Statutory Exceptions

Notwithstanding the general rule above, we will provide a refund if you are legally entitled to one under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Examples include:

European Union / EEA: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless you have already accessed the digital content and explicitly waived this right at checkout. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, presents this waiver during the checkout process.
United Kingdom: Similar 14-day cooling-off rights apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the same digital content waiver.
Australia: Statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply and cannot be excluded.
Other jurisdictions: If your local law provides mandatory refund rights, we will honour them.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact.vosuba@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date with:

Your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
The email address used at checkout
A brief description of the issue or reason for your request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your licence key and dispute the chargeback using purchase records.

5. Licence Renewals & Upgrades

Optional paid major-version upgrade licences are also non-refundable once issued, subject to the same statutory exceptions described above.
